Creole Potato Stuffed Okra

This easy way to present OKRA can be a visual treat for your near and dear ones eyes before it even starts to trigger other sensory organs. With the flavors of OKRA perfectly balancing with the filling and the smooth texture that rolls around your palette, I would recommend you try this.

Creole Potato Stuffed Okra

10 Okras slit for the filling
2 medium sized potatoes boiled and mashed
1 teaspoon creole seasoning **
1 teaspoon hot cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon thyme
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoon grated cheese
½ teaspoon smoked paprika for seasoning
2 tables poon extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste

Mix all the ingredients from mashed potatoes to grated cheese well for stuffing. Stuff the slit okras, glaze it with extra virgin olive oil and bake it in a pre heated oven at 220 degree centigrade. Plate it and glaze again with olive oil and sprinkle some paprika on top.
