Creole Potato Stuffed Okra
10 Okras slit for the filling
2 medium sized potatoes boiled and mashed
1 teaspoon creole seasoning **
1 teaspoon hot cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon thyme
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoon grated cheese
½ teaspoon smoked paprika for seasoning
2 tables poon extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste

Method
Mix all the ingredients from mashed potatoes to grated cheese well for stuffing. Stuff the slit okras, glaze it with extra virgin olive oil and bake it in a pre heated oven at 220 degree centigrade. Plate it and glaze again with olive oil and sprinkle some paprika on top.
