The instant gratification is felt when you see 3 batches of the juicy and crispy chicken wings disappear in seconds smile emoticon

Its easy and one can have endless ideas on the coating sauce.. Here is a simple one. Jackito @jts18 ..it isnt better than yours wink emoticon

8 Chicken Wings cut in 2 (cut off the small thin wing part too)
400 grams all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon finely ground black pepper powder

4 cloves of garlic crushed
1 tablespoon habanero chilli sauce (or Tabasco)
3 tablespoon Mexican chilli sauce( you can use any chilli sauce available)

To fry
1000ml of cooking oil
200 grams hydrogenated veg oil (Vanaspati)

Take a thick plastic bag and add flour, salt, paprika and pepper powder and mix well. Clean and wash the chicken wings and pat dry. Put the chicken wings in to the plastic bag and shake well. Heat the oil on medium to high, add vanaspati (temp shouldnt be above 190 deg centigrade) and add the coated chicken wings and fry them for 8-10 minutes stirring it at intervals. The wings should be very light brown and strain it and let it drain on kitchen towel. In the mean time take a light pot with the lid and mix the garlic and the sauces. Once the wings are drained, put them in the pot with the sauce, cover it with the lid and shake well until the sauce evenly coated and serve immediately.
