
Lasooni Aloo Methi (Potatoes and Baby Fenugreek Leaves in Garlic) … Its simple and delicious
3 medium sized potatoes, cut in to cubes
4 bunch of baby fenugreek leaves (5 tablespoon)
2 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon finely chopped green chillies
1 teaspoon Jeera
1 pinch asefoetida
1 teaspoon corriander powder
Crackle jeera in 1 tablespoon of oil, and crackle garlic and green chillies. Mix in the boiled potatoes add coriander powder and asafoetida and stir fry for 30 second on high flame and then fold in the fenugreek leaves for 2 minus adding 4 tablespoon of water. Cover it for 15 secs and once the water is dried its ready to serve. Sprinkle a few leaves on top to get that crunchiness and fresh taste.
